**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking **Kitchen Crew / Assistant**to support our kitchen operations. This person plays an important role in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and helping the team deliver high-quality dishes efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with basic food preparation (e.g. washing, chopping, portioning ingredients).
- Support the chef and kitchen team in daily kitchen tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.
- Clean and wash utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces.
- Receive, unpack, and store ingredients and supplies properly.
- Ensure food safety standards and hygiene practices are followed.
- Dispose of waste and keep the kitchen organized.
- Assist with simple cooking tasks if trained and instructed.

**Requirements**:

- Hardworking, responsible, and a team player.
- Willing to learn and take instructions well.
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety (training will be provided).
- Prior kitchen experience is a bonus, but not required.
