Singapore ASSEMBLY CORPORATE SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and attend to clients on all corporate secretarial matters.
- Incorporation of companies for local and overseas clients
- Preparing and filing of notifications with ACRA
- Managing operational aspects of shareholder's and directors' meetings, including preparing the meeting agenda, minutes and resolutions, and updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records.
- Drafting of Agreements such as Sale and Purchase Agreement, Share transfer, Share Swap, ESOP and others
- Performing customer due diligence on both new and monitoring of existing clients
- Preparation and submission of Annual Return in full XBRL format
- Ensure compliance with the statutory reporting requirements of the Companies Act, Listing Rules, and Code of Corporate Governance 2018

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years’ relevant exposure/experience in professional services firms preferred.
- Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is an advantage
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Pro-active, a good team player and able to work independently.
- Familiar with requirements and changes under the Companies Act and regulations
