- Position Title**:Business Analyst**:

- Working Location: Upper Thomson
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $5,000 + Bonus**:

- Duration: 2 years contract (Renewable/ Convertible to Perm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and synthesize information from business users.
- Identify the true needs of stakeholders beyond their expressed desires.
- Define detailed requirements, diagnose business problems, and clearly state what is needed to resolve these issues.
- Develop a business case outlining the approach to address the problem, the costs involved, and the expected benefits for the organization.
- Ensure alignment between business needs and the capabilities of the solution, continuously verifying that changes meet expected business benefits and that the business case remains relevant.
- Facilitate communication across organizational units.
- Collaborate with the development team and solution architect to design and define the solution.

- Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, IT or relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar position
- Possess good understanding of networks, databases and other technology
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
