Transforma robotics is a deep tech start-up local company and headquartered in Singapore. As fast growing start up, we are expanding our team to prepare for the future expansion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be creative in designing and developing mechanical systems focused on robotics solutions that do not exist in the market. Have good sketching skills.
- Generate component and assembly drawings, bill of materials, technical reports and design calculations.
- Responsible for standard mechanical/electro-mechanical component and material selection.
- Perform tolerance analysis.
- Carry out experimental tests as appointed by the Manager and assist in the successful implementation of the project.
- Prepare technical reports/presentations (on job training will be provided to familiarise with the company’s process and workflow.
- Track development of all assignments and escalate problems to Managers in timely manner.
- Prepare technical reports to Manager regularly and be able to meet deadlines.
- Prepare technical design documentation and user manual specifications.
- Provide support for all project deployment exercises
- Provide support for pre-sales and post sales maintenance activities.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (fresh graduates with less than 1-year experience are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatics fundamentals.
- Mechanical design/drafting experience of minimum 1-year with SolidWorks (or similar) and familiar with component/ assembly tolerance analysis.
- Have understanding of traditional manufacturing operations (machining, sheet metal fabrication), material selection (steel, aluminium, plastics) as well as prototyping.
- High level of adaptability and willingness to be hands-on when required.
- Creative with interest to learn new fields relating to robot design and development.
- Team player.
- Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Be a critical thinker.
