YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the CLL Control Tower Ops Manager. This role is responsible to provide the CLL Operational, Solutions Design, and Account management teams with hands-on expert supply chain analysis & support and drives an efficient and professional methodology to execute supply chain optimization projects for an automotive account. This position also requires providing network optimization, continuous improvement and cost control initiatives.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Identify the potential savings and improvements within existing or potential customer supply chains using selected software tools (Excel, Qlikview, Tableau, etc.)

Participate in customer project teams as supply chain expert, using software tools for simulation and developing alternative supply chain scenarios,

Create and evaluate alternative supply chain scenarios following specific customer requirements

Manage multiple projects (Business scenarios/Supply chain studies) with CLL solution design, supply chain engineers and operations teams across potentially conflicting timescales to ensure agreed project deadlines are achieved

Develop and maintain engineering best practices / case studies knowledge base, including supply chain optimization and related topics such as carbon footprint optimization

Use Six Sigma and Lean methodology and tools such as Kaizen, DMAIC / PDCA, Value Stream Mapping etc. to support improvement initiatives and to drive a mindset of Continuous Improvement in the collaboration between CEVA and the customer

Define benchmarks from comparable industry specific networks in co-operation with other company engineers and designers

Undertake research on targeted supply chain improvements, with an emphasis on improving equipment optimization and ensuring timely inbound material flow to meet production requirements

Attend QBR cost and process efficiency solution

Optimization of the container fill rate and routing network

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Equivalent of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Science, Engineering or equivalent

At least 3 - 5 years of Supply Chain Engineering experience, including an understanding of global transport logistics (Air/Ocean/Ground)

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Good written, verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

Ability to interact with people of cross functional and diverse backgrounds

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and set priorities

Strong situational analysis and quickly solve problems

Exceptional aptitude - ability to quickly understand customer’s internal and external supply chain processes, policies and systems

Ability to maintain a positive and flexible attitude in the workplace.
