**Job Summary:
The NOVA Executive supports the NOVA Manager in delivering the NOVA programmes. He/she is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth execution of programmes.

The incumbent is expected to work from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays. He/she is largely expected to work in an indoor environment, although he/she is required to travel to and from various NOVA labs, or out of organisation’s premises to attend conferences, trainings, and other events or meetings.

**Key responsibility areas:
Programme Execution
- Plan learning lessons and activities to support the students’ Social-Emotional Learning
- Coach and facilitate group learning sessions for Primary school students

NOVA Lab Operation and Management
- Take daily attendance of NOVA students and follow-up with absentees
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of NOVA lab rooms before every session
- Update Individual Learning Plans (ILP) for NOVA students in order to assess their progress
- Update weekly plans and trackers
- Partner with parents and schools to monitor students’ development and difficulties
- Prepare case notes and monthly summary progress reports for the Supervisor’s review

**Requirements:
- Degree or Graduate Diploma in Counselling, Social Work or Psychology, with 1 - 2 years of experience in similar job functions
- Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education or Psychology Studies, with 2 - 3 years of experience in similar job functions
- Keen interest and ability to engage and guide children well
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of social-emotional learning domains
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude
