**About the role**

**As a key member of the Finance team, you’ll**:

- Drive financial planning, commercial analysis and business insights- Manage the annual budgeting process by gathering input from departments and ensuring strategic priorities are reflected in the financial plan- Create detailed financial forecasts and track actual performance against budget, highlighting variances, and providing actionable insights- Perform variance analysis for revenue, costs, and profitability metrics, identifying key drivers and providing strategic recommendations to senior management- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders- Conduct special financial analyses as required, such as evaluating new business opportunities, investment projects, or performance initiatives- Provide timely insights into financial performance to assist leadership in decision-making- Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide recommendations to optimise financial results- Assist in other financial projects or operational needs as required**We’d love for you to have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in FP&A- Prior experience in setting up the framework for FP&A function will be highly preferred- Good proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting- Ability to identify gaps, initiative in picking up projects, and motivation to drive process change- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and able to engage stakeholders effectively- Attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and thoroughness- Good communication skills - fluent in spoken and written English- Strong team player attitude while delivering efficient and innovative solutions**What we offer in return**:
