**Job Summary**:
As the Chief Information Officer (CIO), you will be responsible for leading the information technology (IT) strategy, vision, and execution for Metis Global (Singapore) Pte. Limited’s operation.

You will integrate the off-shore systems to Singapore’s operations, including the development, implementation, and management of IT systems, infrastructure, policies, and procedures to support the organization's objectives and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the Group and organization's goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for the innovative use of technology to enhance business performance and competitive advantage.

**2. **IT Governance and Risk Management**:

- Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance, security, and data integrity.

**3. **Infrastructure and Operations Management**:

- Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and secure IT infrastructure and systems
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT products and services.

**4. **Team Leadership and Talent Development**:

- Build and lead a high-performing IT team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

**5. **Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and business units to understand IT requirements and priorities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2) Proven experience (min 5 years) in a senior IT leadership role, with a track record of success in driving IT strategy and execution.

3) Strong understanding of Group business processes, operations, and industry trends.

4) Expertise in IT governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

5) Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

6) Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

7) Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL) are a plus.
