**Roles & Responsibilities**

This position provide support to the HR team and reports to the Office Manager.

**Responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
1. Assist in employee orientation and training logistics, and recordkeeping

2. Provide direct support to employees during implementations of HR Services, policies or program

3. Assist in overseeing employees' safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting

4. Company-wide committee facilitation and participation

5. Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives and processes

6. Assisting with the management of QEHS Systems (ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45000)

7. Upkeeping of office & pantry supplies

**Requirement**:
Proficient in Microsoft office & computer skills.

Interest in Administrative tasks & HR related matters.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

We are a BCA Registered L6 Contractor specializing in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems and integrated M&E installation work. Over the years, we have provided installation, testing and commissioning of ACMV systems & other M&E systems for cleanroms, research laboratories, hospitals, etc.
