**As we continue our global expansion, we are looking for experienced Professional Services Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Singapore.
The Professional Services team at Brandwatch provides consultative and analytics-driven professional services to our clients, ensuring that users are empowered to utilize the Brandwatch platform to the fullest, providing quick access to insights that could impact their strategy. We are looking for an experienced customer-focused Professional Services Consultant who will work across the Professional Services organisation. You will be a language specialist working across all service departments to deliver complex technical projects and data insight reports for our growing client base.
**In this role, you will**:
- Work independently to design a research methodology to suit our clients’ needs, design and deliver data analysis reports for them
- Become an advanced user of all products within the Brandwatch product suite, using a hands-on forward-thinking approach to solve complex problems
- Regularly direct meetings to consult with clients of Brandwatch (in various industries and for multiple brands) and internal colleagues to accurately scope and design software-based projects to meet stated client objectives whether that is within technical set-up or research reporting
- Ideate and implement effective, scalable data analysis solutions on behalf of Brandwatch clients, including but not limited to creating and cleaning datasets, creating data visualisations whether that is dashboards or reports, as well as data segmentation
- Recommend potential options for new projects, to spark inspiration and guide our existing French clients to innovate and expand their capability with the Brandwatch platform
- Present deliverables in a clear, engaging manner to internal and our client stakeholders, effectively translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Clearly highlight data insights that will excite and engage the audience
- Work autonomously while juggling multiple deadlines, priorities and collaborators
- Provide effective briefs to implementation teams and review deliverables to assure quality & consistency
- Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and suggestions on new ways to help our clients
- Support when required and when capacity permits on English language services projects
**You will need**:
- 3+ years analytical experience in a business setting
- Professional fluency in Japanese and Mandarin
- An expert in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, understands the difference between these two forms of data and when you should use them
- Social Listening experience strongly preferred
- Involvement in interacting with clients and presenting complex information to stakeholders
- A good understanding of scoping research projects and writing research reports
- Exposure to partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve client results
- Exceptional time-management and task-management skills, including collaborative prioritisation
- Ability to analyse large datasets, simplify complex data, and work with unstructured text, with the outcome of producing strategic insights
- Familiarity with social media communities, networks, and tools
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for optimising within constraints
- Ability to create structure in ambiguity and take in a lot of information at once to make an informed decision
- Authorization to work in the UK without visa sponsorship

- Working knowledge of the Brandwatch suite of products
- Ability to accommodate occasional domestic and international travel
