**The Role**

The Firm is looking for a Technical Writer to be a part of its world-class team. This role requires you to be a technical wordsmith who can translate complex product details in a simple, technical yet lucid language for its clients and internal use. You should either be excellent with the language and storytelling or the technical aspect, with the innate desire to learn the nuts and bolts of its product and engineering team. Do note that this is not a copy writing or editing role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with multiple technical teams including engineering, product, software development, and pre-sales to develop high quality content for its users regarding new product releases
- Create cases studies and thought leader papers
- Obtain a deep understanding of products, platform, and solutions to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
- Use cloud platforms for continuous update of open source content
- Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, website, sales, and design specifications
- Work independently to decide the "how" and "what" of the documentation

**Key Requirements**
- Engineering background
- Ability to understand and appreciate product, their functionality, and APIs
- Collaborate effectively with people of various levels of expertise and backgrounds (researcher, engineers, developers, etc.)
- Previous technical writing experience in industry
- Ability to meet publishing deadlines with attention to detail
