Job Duties & responsibilities
- Work with internal/external teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the process and documentation requirements
- Create and maintain the information architecture
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Analyse technical concepts and make them easy-to-understand standards and guides
- Review process and playbook documentation
- Drive policy and process matters to support initiatives and activities
- Deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

Required Experience
- Proven work experience as a Policy Writer, Technical Writer or similar role.
- A Degree with at least 3-4 years’ experience in policy drafting, process & management
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Strong understanding of IT related policies and processes, knowledge of Bank’s or related policies/processes will be an advantage
- Strong time-management skills
- Independent, self-driven, self-motivated, and a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a good sense of the business environment and attention to details
- Strong communicator with good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills; able to present information in a clear and concise manner
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word and PowerPoint
