**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our team and help us document and communicate the technical aspects of our AI engineering platform focusing on manufacturing intelligence. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, technical reports, training materials, technical section of corporate presentations, whitepapers, and case studies that help to communicate our platform's benefits to our customers, clients and investors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works closely with product development team to understand the technical aspects of our AI engineering platform, particularly as it relates to manufacturing intelligence
- Creates clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including user manuals, technical reports, online reference documentation, training materials, technical section of corporate presentations, whitepapers, and case studies
- Develops blog posts and presentation content that helps to communicate our platform's benefits to our industry customers, clients, and investors in a professional, concise and easy-to-understand way
- Assesses the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended and makes necessary adjustments to meet the needs and to ensure understanding
- Ensures that all technical documentation is up-to-date and accurate
- Collaborates with our solution team to ensure that all documentation is consistent with our brand and messaging
- Attends meetings with industry customers and clients, along with solution team to gather feedback and understand clients’ needs

**Requirements**:

- Eligible to work in Singapore
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering, software engineering, AI and data science concepts and terminology
- Ability to present complex and technical cases using proper terminology and adjust presentation necessarily to cater to different target audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Self-starter who can work independently and prioritize multiple projects
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
- To communicate and collaborate with China product teams, porficiency in Mandarin is required
