**Who are we**
Bumpp is an all-in-one enterprise software built around next-gen, digital business cards. You can easily create and manage business cards, even centrally for your team.
**The Role**
As the Investor Relations Intern, you will be based in Singapore and work closely with the Founders to position Bumpp with investors, gather information from competitors, investors, and analysts, and inform strategy.
You will work on key fundraising projects and liaise directly with investors. You will also assist in maintaining Bumpp's existing relationship with current investors.
**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- You will play a key role in collecting and analysing information that will inform our narrative, participate in drafting monthly reports and earnings process, managing investor relationships, and managing various investor events in Asia.
**Learning Objectives**
- Have an opportunity to learn our business and industry at a deep level
- Analyse competitive behaviour, market trends, shareholder concerns and other factors to inform investor communications and corporate strategy
- Work with investors to communicate our strategy
- Help prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and shareholder intelligence reports
- Have the opportunity to prove yourself and convert to a full-time employee in the future
**The Must-Haves**
- You are working towards (and preferably in your final year of) a Bachelor's Degree or greater in Finance, Accountancy, Economics or Law
- You have strong familiarity with financial modeling and valuation
- You communicate in a way that inspires confidence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
