**Responsibilities**:
- Manage inquiries related to our B2C career transition Programmes.
- Handle inbound digital leads and convert them into Programme enrolments.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to our existing learners, alumni, partner networks, and communities.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and comprehensive Programme advisory services to all prospective learners.
- Manage incoming inquiries and leads generated from our Sales and Marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager, Career Consultants, and Partner organizations to cultivate a robust leads pipeline. This includes leveraging database marketing, participating in trade events, career talks, and conducting virtual and in-person information sessions.
- Maintain a dynamic opportunity funnel, actively engage in self-prospecting, and continually monitor progress.
- Generate essential reports on pipeline status, projections, and lead propensity.
- Offer proactive feedback and recommendations to enhance Programme offerings, lead quality, and streamlined processes.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Manager, Career Consultant and Partners to achieve learner progression goals and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement lead generation initiatives to mitigate potential risks associated with meeting sales targets.
**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in selling professional services, career and manpower related services, or training Programmes.
- Exceptional phone etiquette, telemarketing skills, and effective communication abilities.
- A consistent track record of surpassing telesales targets.
- Prior experience in self-prospecting, database marketing, event marketing, and cold calling.
- A proactive mindset, coupled with a 'can-do' attitude and unwavering commitment to diligent lead follow-up.
- Exceptional attention to detail, complemented by strong organizational and reporting skills.
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation and adaptability to thrive in dynamic work settings.
