We need a Program & Transition Manager to join our office in the Singapore to help deploy the Supply Chain Innovation strategy in support of NIKE’s long-term growth. With many of our Suppliers being based in Asia, we have established a Program & Transition Manager role which focuses on relevant, consistent execution and delivery of initiatives by providing expert capabilities in Stakeholder and Project & Transition Management from Singapore.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

The nature of the work is focused on driving the overall PMO governance, coordination, prioritization and tracking of its portfolio of programs against Nike’s Transformational Initiatives working alongside and in support of Product Management.

We are looking for a Program and Transition leader able to support diverse projects and deliverables across the portfolio and manage deliverables independently. Key activities will include Stakeholder engagement and communications, which requires also to create and lead through presentations, workshops and trainings. Further, project planning, creation of roadmaps and detailed plans for execution and roles & responsibilities. Status reporting through structured and consistent tracking and follow through of progress, risks or issues to create transparency and buy-in from all stakeholders. And you will need to support the deployment new Processes & Solutions from Due Diligence, through Testing, Deployment to close out Stabilization under the Product Management concept.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will join a diverse team that looks after the deployment of digital strategies under Product Management and closely working alongside the Global Sourcing and Manufacturing function in Asia from our Singapore headquarter. You will also work closely with the global Supply Chain teams at the Nike headquarters. Your key partners will be the Supply Chain Innovation Product Management and Nike’s Technology teams and business process owners are key partners to ensure alignment and effective tracking of technology integration.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 3 to 5 years Project and Change Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field, MBA is a plus
- Proven success leading transition for product management (roll out of technology/ digital solutions or systems)
- Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Finance experience, order management experience is a plus
- Experience in hosting workshops and trainings with international stakeholders
- Excellent project and change management skills
- Confident self-starter with ability to work independently and handle ambiguity well
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced Process Analysis and documentation capabilities
- Savvy in MS office (Power point/ Excel/ Word)
