**Responsibilities**
- Train and develop to ensure compliance, quality and operational excellence of the team.
- Prioritize work assignments to staff and provide timely feedback against pre-defined goals and objectives.
- Develop the annual Facilities plan and own the plan according to established budgets and timelines.
- Develop and provide the department’s metric reports to site head on the cost effectiveness and efficiency. Provide periodic communications on the status of department activities.
- Lead facility engineering, permitting, security and equipment validation. Procure and implement new plant equipment.
- Ensure utilities and environmental controls are qualified and set ready for routine laboratory operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree, in Engineering
- 10 years of experience in the bio-pharmaceutical or life science industry.
- 6 years+ working experience in GLP or GMP environment
- Project leadership experience, to lead and run cross-functional project team.
