At WS Audiology, Research & Development is about understanding people - and building awareness about how our hearing aids can change their lives. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be a part of the Research & Development team where you will be conducting product Investigation, maintenance and reporting to ensure that we deliver the highest quality product to our users.

**Main responsibilities**:
Product Investigation
- Performs evaluation and quality verification on complex hearing aid system with appropriate software tools and professional measurement setup
- Understand the field return complaints and statistic
- Perform technical analysis and/or troubleshoot of the hearing aid system and work with domain functions to identify root cause

Product Maintenance
- Work with domain functions to implement corrective measures

Report
- Work with Quality to track top 5 quality complaints and statistic
- Document finding, reporting. You will prepare presentation to RD management and project team.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Good communication skills and able to work with cross-functional departments and teams
- Good reporting and presentation skills
