We are hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer to be a part of our In The Ear (ITE) Development team.

**What you will do**:

- Realize mechanical design and drawings in MCAD for brand A and derivatives for brand X with special attention to tolerance analysis, ID and tooling realization
- System integration of hearing aids in regards of mechanical engineering and design / hardware development of hearing aids and their features
- Assist in production transfer and product ramp-up processes to streamline manufacturing operations
- Manage BOM creation and maintenance within the PLM system for accurate inventory management
- Create, review, and release test specifications and reports, conducting evaluation and verification through component measurements and development of component tests and test equipment.

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as product developer/ plastic part design (injection molding)
- Experience in area of medical technology, material properties and selection (desirable plastic materials) or ePLM systems would be beneficial
- Good analytical skills and able to work and communicate in a global environment
