What will you do?
Reporting to the Medical Visit Manager, the Medical Sales Executive will play a key role in driving and implementing the medical action plan to increase recommendation and prescriptions.
Responsible to carry out communication and promotional initiatives, including medical detailing aimed at targeted general practitioners.
**You are expected to manage the following**:

- Enhance the image and increase recommendation of the brands, visit targeted doctors in the sector and present the brand’s products and services to increase recommendations.
- Implement the medical visit strategy - respect target coverage, visit frequency and product cycles.
- Analyze the territory and make proposals for territory action plans, implement it, monitor it and adapt it to optimize results.
- Manage administrative and reporting task - organize and optimize visit planning through current tracker system.
- Ensure monitoring of the environment, key players, medical and scientific knowledge, and feed relevant information back up to headquarters.
- Ensure respect of both internal and external ethical standards regarding relations with health professionals.
- Flag up any adverse side effects to cosmeto-vigilance / relevant department.

Who are we looking for?
- Preferably science graduates with at least 2 years of health care medical sales and medical detailing experience in pharma/healthcare/consumer health industry, covering general practitioners.
- Medical sales experience with derma or skincare products is preferred but not essential.
- Must have medical detailing skills and scientific knowledge to develop one’s local medical network.
- Experience in organizing medical meet and conduct medical presentation to medical practitioners is ideal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative brand and foster team player synergistic relationship with commercial and marketing team.
