The Senior Procurement Analyst will be primarily responsible for the administration of contracts, analysis of contractual obligations as well as the associated coordination, tracking and control of contracts and facilitating contract negotiations. He/ She will also assist the operating divisions and support services departments in sourcing goods and services, managing vendors and developing good relationships with key suppliers.

**Responsibilities
**Procurement Strategy**
- Supports the IB procurement & contracting strategies, propose initiatives and strategies by categories.
- Tracks and reports key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

**Procurement Management**
- Supports the Senior Procurement Manager in managing the contracts from the quotation stage to final purchase contract.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the IB’s procurement policies, processes and templates including RFI (request for information), RFQ (Request for Quotation) and RFP (Request for Proposal).
- Ensure all purchases are processed in accordance with the Procurement Policy.
- Assesses, manages and mitigates risks in managing projects.
- Seeks and partners with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Outlook of $50M annual spend for all categories.
- Estimated range of 100-200 contracts.

**Contract Management**
- Performs detailed reviews of purchase orders, quotations, and tender terms and conditions against checklist of acceptable contract elements to identify and mitigate commercial & legal risks.
- Flags incomplete areas and notifies responsible parties of open action items; compares new agreements to existing agreements for consistency when appropriate.
- Obtains approvals from appropriate individuals/ business partners for non-standard contract terms.
- Leads the negotiation of contractual terms and conditions by categories, including editing and/ or proposing language to mitigate business risks.

**Compliance / Legal**
- Ensures that IB procurement and contract management follow ethical process and free from irregular transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related fields.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in global or regional procurement roles.
- An understanding of the contract process including contract evaluation, negotiation, approval, tracking and close-out.
- Experience in exercising sound judgment in selecting methods and evaluating criteria for obtaining actionable practical solutions and business-oriented results.
- Good negotiation and planning skills.
- Eye for detail with good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as an effective business partner to project teams.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple contract negotiations simultaneously.
