**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead (.NET & JavaScript) who is passionate about leading technical teams, building scalable solutions, and driving innovation with the latest tech trends, including generative AI. This role requires a hands-on, full-stack approach to development, coupled with leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of developers.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Architect complex backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices using.NET Core and C#.
- Develop and maintain robust frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and foster a culture of quality and innovation.
- Experiment with generative AI tools and frameworks to drive innovative solutions and enhance product features.
- Manage and participate in agile ceremonies, ensuring team productivity and adherence to timelines.

**Requirements**:
**How do you know if you are a good fit?**:

- 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with expertise in.NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Proven experience in solution design and architecture for scalable systems.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD.
- Experience mentoring and leading engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Interest in exploring and leveraging generative AI for innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Equivalent practical experience may be considered in place of formal education.
