**Job Scope**

The Strategic Operations Partner is responsible for end-to-end operational performance, people development and restaurant growth strategy of GYG Singapore. As a key member of the leadership team, the Strategic Operations Partner drives profitability, optimising performance, and scalable systems while incubating a strong pipeline of high-performing leaders that consistently delivers great guest experience and brand promise.
- Develop and maintain structured SOPs for scalability and consistency
- Front initiatives that drive operational efficiency and productivity which reduces complexities in day-to-day operations
- Lead and execute expansion strategy and roadmap, ensuring operations timelines, readiness and budget are met
- Spearhead strategic transformation initiatives to future-proof operations
- Accountable for achieving financial targets
- Support in driving margin growth through restaurant-level cost control
- Build, coach and lead a strong operations leadership team
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance check-ins with operations leaders
- Establish development plans and quarterly reviews for direct reports
- Champion succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Participate in key hiring decisions, particularly for leadership and expansion-critical role
- Partner with various business units to ensure alignment of business goals and operational readiness
- Oversee the operations training roadmap and ensure all training programs meet business needs
