PURPOSE

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Evaluate new business and underwriting processes, identify process gaps or areas where business performance can be improved and drive changes-
- Consult and discuss business requirements with operations and underwriting leads and recommend solutions-
- Support new product launches and corporate’s initiatives by providing requirements for new business and establishing appropriate processes-
- Sign off requirement documentation, prepare test plan and execute testing- Document processes, prepare training manuals and conduct training for internal users or intermediaries (if required)- Ensure that solution implementations are compliance to the Company’s risk governance and philosophy- Deliver the Company’s key performance indicators and strategic initiatives- Provide regular reports on implementation progress

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE- Degree holder- At least 10 years of experience in life insurance especially new business functionsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY- Strong knowledge in life & health insurance including investment linked products- Familiar with new business and underwriting process of life insurance- Good understanding on regulatory related to life and health insurance- Strong leadership skill- Good verbal and written communication skills- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skill- Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
