As an Assistant Lead Engineer, you'll be supporting the Sales Manager by interpreting specifications, setting design parameters, and creating essential documentation. You'll be at the forefront of technical innovation, designing and implementing cutting-edge BMS solutions using Diamond Controls/Tridium N4 framework and Mitsubishi PLCs/Iconics framework.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development Support**:Collaborate with the Sales Manager to expand the BMS business in Singapore. Interpret specifications and equipment data, set design parameters, and generate comprehensive design documentation.
- **Technical Expertise**:Provide robust technical support, design, and implement innovative BMS solutions using the Tridium N4 framework. Execute facilities projects leveraging Iconics Systems. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and explanations of design solutions for both technical and marketing purposes.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead a talented technical drafting team in developing precise technical designs. Offer technical support to the marketing team in responding to tenders, ensuring high-quality submissions.
- **Procurement Management**:Plan and identify necessary procurements, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of resources.
- **Client Support**:Address building operation and technical inquiries from existing clients, providing expert solutions and maintaining strong client relationships.

**Your Skills**
- Tridium Niagara AX/N4 certification (preferred)
- Iconics Genesis 64
- BACnet, LonWorks, and MODbus protocols (preferred)
- Project Management
- Presentation Skills
- Technical Negotiation Skills

**Your Profile**
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field (BMS)
- Degree in Project Management or a related discipline
