**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an understanding of **banking products and services**.
- Hunting of portfolio via **Cold-call, Tie ups, referrals and marketing**:

- Engage with clients to **assess their financial needs** and provide **tailored financing solutions.**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to **foster trust and repeat business**.
- Build a strong network of **referral partnerships.**:

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Collaborate with the team** to share best practices and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- **No formal education or working experience required.**:

- Excellent **communication** and **interpersonal skills.**:

- A strong desire to learn and succeed in a **sales-driven environment**.
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and a **goal-oriented** mindset.
- Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

**Scheme**:

- Full Time Position [5-days work week]

**Compensation**:
