We are currently in search of an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and elevate our HR operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Daily Operations**:
Provide comprehensive HR support across the organization, ensuring smooth daily operations in all departments.
**Recruitment**:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
**Payroll & Benefits**:
Oversee precise payroll processing and administer compensation and benefits programs.
**Employee Relations**:Conduct fair and thorough performance evaluations, handle disciplinary matters, and oversee the termination process with dignity and respect for all parties involved.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the service industry.
- Exceptional independent working capabilities, coupled with a demonstrated track record as a collaborative team player.
- Exemplary leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organization directly and indirectly.
- Demonstrated people skills, focusing on tangible results and continuous improvement in a dynamic business setting.
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
