Singapore LIFELONG LEARNING INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. Full time

The role will report to the Team Lead to guide individuals through their career planning and transition journeys.

The primary responsibilities include the following:

- Coach employed and unemployed individuals in career planning and transition using pre-defined courseware
- Administer and interpret diagnostic tools (e.g., Knowdell Card Sort, RIASEC Interest Assessment) to enhance client self-awareness
- Assist clients in clarifying career goals and creating career action plans
- Conduct workshops on resume writing, interview skills and industry insights
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth career coaching operations
- Monitor, track and analyse the progress of clients, including but not limited to job seeking and implementation of career plans
- Navigate online platform to conduct virtual coaching sessions based on clients’ preferences
- Draft and submit detailed case notes
- Undergo continual training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Certified Career Practitioner - As per WSG Career Development Framework (COMPULSORY)
- MBTI Certification will be advantageous
- At least 5 years’ experience in career coaching/ career development facilitation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse clients (employed, unemployed, various age groups)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using digital platforms for case management and virtual coaching (when required)
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and career development theories
- Knowledge of current job market trends and industry insights
- Ability to conduct both individual coaching sessions and group workshops, in-person and virtually
- Flexibility to work adjusted schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed based on clients’ availability (time off provided)

This is a 1-year non-renewable contract role.
