As a member of our family-owned business, you will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of an activity program and planning of promotions; from getting investment, promotional support, product forecasting, execution, and post-activity evaluation. Your new job includes
- develop and implement the annual brand activities and promotion strategy for retail and distribution channels, ensuring the smooth and precise execution of the marketing plan.
- analyse marketing activities and promotions by evaluating sales reports and key metrics, optimising campaigns for effectiveness, and generating comprehensive post-activity reports for stakeholders to maxismise ROI.
- take ownership of promotion analysis reports to track efficiency and conduct ROI/cost analysis, ensuring optimal outcomes for market investments
- present and secure cost-effective marketing assets from vendors across all stores and upload promotion briefings to the internal portal and ensure the seamless execution of promotions in-store.
- foster and maintain strong partnerships with vendors to continuously access new opportunities and secure the best investment and promotional support, enhancing business efficiency and profitability.
- possess knowledge of the digital landscape to leverage online opportunities and integrate digital strategies to secure investment.

What you should bring along
- a Degree in Business, Marketing or any related discipline with a practical experience of at least three years in a Marketing function within the Retail or FMCG industry.
- proficiency in using SAP system and Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Visio and Teams.
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with sound financial and strong analytical skills combined with sound business acumen.
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- an organised and structured method in working with keen attention to details.
