Job Responsibilities The Regional Category Manager demonstrates end-to-end ownership of assigned categories and is responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Razer product launches across the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the success of Razer's product launches across all AP countries. Reporting to the regional VP of Sales and Marketing, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and global division leaders, to develop and execute regional GTM strategies. Your strategic thinking, market insights, and product expertise will be essential in determining product assortment, pricing, distribution channels, and marketing mix (4Ps) for our tech products for gamers. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a Regional Category Manager to join our team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities: GTM Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing GTM strategies for product launches, including market research and product positioning. Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences; provide insights to support product and marketing decisions. Product Lifecycle Coordination: Support launch preparations, track product performance, and assist in end-of-life planning. Pricing Analysis: Collaborate with teams to gather pricing insights and evaluate competitive strategies. Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in sales forecasting, campaign planning, and demand generation initiatives. Channel Training Assistance: Coordinate training materials and sessions for regional distributors and partners. Marketing Coordination: Support campaign execution, content creation, and activity planning. Product Launch Execution: Coordinate new product introductions, ensuring smooth communication among global divisions, sales, and partners. Market Performance Analysis: Gather and analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends. Prerequisites: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or related areas. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of tech product lifecycle; eagerness to manage multiple tasks. Experience in Consumer Electronics, Sports Fashion, or DTC industries is a plus. Passion for gaming and familiarity with the industry is advantageous.
