**Database Administrator
- Design, implement, and maintain database structures to support the company's analytics platform.
- Perform regular database maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and data integrity checks.
- Monitor database performance and proactively identify and address issues to ensure optimal system efficiency.
- Conduct performance tuning to enhance query and data retrieval speeds.
- Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard sensitive real estate data.
- Manage user access and permissions to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain robust backup and recovery procedures to safeguard against data loss.
- Test and verify backups to ensure data can be restored in case of emergencies.
- Collaborate on database-related aspects of new feature development and system enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions. Provide timely support to end-users and internal teams on database-related inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator with expertise in managing relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MongoDB).
- Strong knowledge of database architecture, design, and optimization.
- Familiarity with real estate data and analytics is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) are advantageous.
