We are seeing growth in the Smart Buildings space in Singapore and we are looking for an equally passionate consultant to join our dedicated Smart Buildings team.

We are currently recruiting for Senior ICT Consultant to join our Digital and Building Technology team. This position will be based in our Singapore Office.

**About You**

As a Senior ICT Consultant at Beca, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of technology infrastructure for iconic developments for some of Southeast Asia’s leading developers. You will combine your technical expertise with innovative thinking to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency, security, and performance. **Responsibilities**
- Deliver ICT projects as independent work package or as part of a wider suite of Building Services consulting services.
- Design and develop ICT solutions, including concept and detail design documentation, tender specifications, and assist in the evaluation and selection of tenders.
- Work with system vendors and suppliers to deliver solutions for new construction and upgrade projects.
- Provide site monitoring and supervision services during the installation and commissioning phases of projects involving ICT solutions.
- Provide ICT technology advice to clients (internal and external)
- Lead or support bid responses for ICT opportunities.

**Pre-Requisites**
- Engineering Degree in relevant ICT infrastructure engineering discipline
- Construction Consultancy experience is preferred
- At least 5 years’ working experience with the below:

- ICT / Multi-disciplinary consulting firm
- Construction industry project management (with a technology emphasis)
- ICT design consultancy and project management experience
- Experience in designing ICT infrastructure, planning ICT Fit-out migration and occupation
- Technical understanding of Structured Cabling Systems, Fibre Optic & Copper Cabling Systems, Data Cabling Containment Systems, Passive Optical LAN / Networks, Telecommunication Network Infrastructure and Services, Data Centre Design, Campus Networks, LAN Ethernet Switching and Wi-Fi Network Communications
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Strong requirements elicitation and problem skills
- Attention to detail and provide high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, able to present and facilitate meetings and workshops.
