**ICT Solution Consultant**:
**SUMMARY**:

- Our client is a prominent player in the telecom industry with flourishing networks in the Asia region and beyond. Continuously strengthening its core of providing advanced information services to a vast customer base, the firm seeks to boost its human capital with the addition of an ICT Solution Consultant to the team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for ICT project pre-sales and post sales technical support for customer.
- Responsible for SI services technical support, including network integration, IT Services, Application integration and integrated solution
- Provide consultancy services at customer/vendor/partner site with complex requirements.
- Responsible for planning, designing and implementing customer networking project or IT project.
- Responsible for ICT project management, including planning, scope of work, implementation, cost, risk management and UAT, delivery to customer.
- Responsible for integrating company internal and external resources for the Asia Pacific region and China mainland on ICT project implementing.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 6 years working experience in pre-sales technical support and project implementation in system integration or telecos.
- Sound knowledge in LAN, WAN networking technology, computer technology, vendor network equipment and IT equipment.
- Good documentation skill and proficiency in writing technical proposal in English and drawing network diagram in MS Visio
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hardworking, able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for this role.
- Proficiency in other languages such as Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Occasional travel is required
