Contract period : Immediate - (6 months with option to extend for 6 months) Total duration of engagement of temp staff is capped at maximum of one year, including extensions (temps needed for more than three months are recommended to be engaged on a three-months
Hourly Rate - $10.50 (Diploma) $14.50 (Degree) Relevant Fields of Study HR, Business Management
Working Days & Hours Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm With an hour lunch break
Mandatory Skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Job Responsibilities and Job Requirements
Performance & Talent Management
- Assist in performance management-related stuff e.g. monitor completion of appraisal forms, scheduling of ranking sessions, and preparing ranking folders.
- Monitor and process confirmation of appointment for PSLP officers and PSC scholars.
- Arrange engagement sessions between Senior Management and AO, PSLP and PSLP-potential officers, if required.
- Maintain AO/PSLP/PSC scholars listing in sharepoint.
Events Management / Staff Engagement
- Support delivery of events in the following areas:
- Pre-event planning (i.e. Programme planning, liaison with relevant parties, manage and coordinate RSVPs of event guests etc);
- Coordinate event logistics (i.e. venue, medals, and other administrative / logistics work); and
- Actual event day support (i.e. virtual / registration / ushering / gift distribution / venue set[1]up and tear-down if applicable).
- Assist in the implementation of staff engagement in the following areas:
- Liaison with vendor for care packs or mementos; and
- Administration / dissemination of packs / gifts.
Others
- HR operations work such as preparation of HR letters (e.g. promotion letters, secondment letters)
