**What We Expect**
Minimum 2 years of PT experience (not a junior role).
Work at least 5.5 days/week. Early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
150+ hours/month of actual, hands-on work with clients.
A proven track record of excellence and going above & beyond. References required (doesn’t have to be fitness-related).
Champion mindset with a history of achievements in sports or other competitive environments _highly valued_.
PT certifications are a plus (ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.), but we care more about results and attitude.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with people from all walks of life.
Total commitment to your PT career: no side gigs.
