**Working Hours**:

- 11am - 8pm Tuesdays to Saturdays
- Work location at Joo Chiat Road

As a NEAU Beauty Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the product knowledge and customer service skills of our therapists. Monitoring and evaluating all training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Conduct in-house training for all Beauty Therapists; product knowledge training and treatment protocol
- Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement in program offerings
- Work closely with General Manager and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
- Create SOP for new treatments
- Assist to provide professional comprehensive skin/body analysis advice, as well as treatments to customers and recommendations on products, treatments and packages
- Assist in checking and maintaining inventory and treatment supplies
- Assist with the maintenance of all machines
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as reasonably tasked by the General Manager

**Qualifications**
- Recognised professional beauty certification required
- Prior experience as a Beauty Trainer or Senior Beauty Therapist is required
- Exceptional product knowledge and hands on skill with a passion for the beauty industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate individuals
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
