**About the Role**

We’re seeking a multi-talented **Visual Designer & Motion Creator** to help define and deliver COTU’s visual identity across digital and physical platforms. This is not just a design role — you will also be responsible for editing engaging video content, motion graphics, and event recaps that showcase the energy of our brand and spaces.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on producing beautiful, brand-driven design work and who enjoys bringing visuals to life through animation and storytelling.

**Responsibilities**

**Graphic Design**
- Design visually compelling assets across social media, digital ads, menus, decks, brochures, and event materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all content, adhering to design systems and visual guidelines
- Develop visual identities for new venue concepts, campaign series, or branded event activations

**Motion & Video Editing**
- Edit video content for social media including Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and effects to elevate content
- Produce short-form recaps of events, mood reels, and branded storytelling content

**Visual Content Support**
- Collaborate with the marketing executive on content shoots and ensure quality delivery of all edited assets
- Assist with photo edits, file formatting, and preparing assets for different platforms
- Organize and maintain a clean, accessible digital asset library

**Creative Collaboration**
- Participate in creative brainstorming for new campaigns, launches, and event concepts
- Contribute to the creative direction of monthly shoot days and visual storytelling output

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital design and motion content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and digital design trends
- Experience creating for social-first platforms, with a strong eye for vertical formats
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,300.00 - $5,000.00 per month
