**About the Role**

**Duties would include**:

- Be the face of the company - first touchpoint for visitors to the office
- Attend to all walk-ins, guests, interviewees, clients etc visits. Usher visitors to meeting room and provide refreshments
- Coordinate for meetings and order refreshment for client meetings where necessary
- Attend to giveaway collections
- Work closely with Office Administrator to attend to office-related services such as air-conditioning servicing, cleaning services, pest control vendor etc
- Support Office Adminstrator in ensuring office and workstation policies including cleanliness and a safe working environment
- Support HR in new hires onboarding process, company functions etc
- Manage pantry supply and ensure timely restocking
- Coordinate meeting space set up
- Support HR and C-Suite on administrative tasks
- Pleasant disposition with positive energy
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees
- Adaptable team player, able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Applicants with First Aider certification will be considered with priority
