About Us

We are a growing retail business with seven retail shops, including a creative tufting studio. Our stores offer a unique shopping experience, and we take pride in providing excellent customer service and high-quality products. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our team

Job Summary

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store operations, and achieving sales targets. This role requires shift work, and we offer a competitive basic salary plus commission for your performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding products.
- Drive sales and promote products to achieve individual and store targets.
- Process transactions accurately at the cashier counter.

2. Store Operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

3. Shift Work & Teamwork
- Work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications:

- Minimum Secondary School / N-Level / O-Level qualification.
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Other Requirements:

- Must be comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
