**Requirements**:
**Hiring**: Responsible for hiring employees, which includes creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires when required from the company.
**Problem Solving**: Handle employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
**Sourcing Of CRM Systems**: Find & creates new system to enhance work flow for employees to work better.
**Sales/Marketing/Operations Training**: Coordinates training and development programs to help employees grow professionally.
**ADHOC**: Support the company/client for any task raised/issued by rectifying or finding solutions out of the box.
**Business Expansion Sourcing**:Reaching out to potential clients to set up appointments with the Company to discuss potential tie-ups.
**Add-On Bonus (+$XXX)**:
**Finance**:Recording transactions to Xero, making payments to vendors/employees (including CPF, preparing payslip, Ir8a forms end of year, tracking of leave, secretarial, unaudited report, taxation) and submission of ECI, Annual Return, Actual Tax forms.
**Business Of Company**:
We support companies in the fitness trade by providing business consult, setting up processes/systems or manpower support such as Brand Ambassadors (sales-line), Management (sales/marketing/operations) to help businesses optimize sales/marketing/operations. We work on improving profitability, and enhance customer experience by analyzing all business strategies, marketing, and financial management.
We provide guidance on staff training, membership models, and pricing strategies to increase retention and attract new clients. The consultant also offers insights on optimising gym facilities and equipment for better efficiency. They may assist in creating a solid brand identity and marketing plan to boost visibility and growth. Overall, the goal is to streamline processes and ensure long-term success for the gym.
**During the probation period, a full 5 day work week is required for on job training.**
**Reduced/Remote working hours may be discussed when no stand-in manpower support is required for any clients of the company.**

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
