**About the Role**

We are looking for a **talented and detail-oriented Midweight Brand Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and developing compelling brand identities, ensuring consistency across various touchpoints. You’ll work closely with strategists, creative directors, and other designers to craft **logos, visual identity systems, and brand guidelines** that bring brands to life.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Logo Design & Development** - Conceptualize and create impactful, memorable logos that align with brand strategy.
- **Visual Identity Systems** - Develop cohesive identity systems, including typography, color palettes, imagery, and iconography.
- **Conceptual Thinking** - Translate brand strategy into compelling visual narratives and design systems.
- **Collaboration** - Work alongside strategists, marketers, and creative teams to refine and implement brand identities effectively.
- **Presentation & Documentation** - Clearly present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- **3+ years** of experience in brand design, visual identity development, or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing **logo design, brand identity systems, and brand guidelines**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Solid understanding of **typography, color theory, layout, and brand storytelling**.
- Ability to **translate brand strategy into effective visual identities**.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand parameters while pushing creative boundaries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working with motion graphics, digital design, or UI/UX.
- Familiarity with emerging design trends and branding innovations.
- Experience in designing for various industries and brand scales.
