**Job Description**:
**How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic Digital’s success**:

- Oversee and manage the MyRepublic’s Platform Software Development team.
- Analyze, propose and manage technologies and resources for projects.
- Plan strategies for the development of products, and deliveries as per schedule and on budget.
- Work closely with Solutions, Product and other teams to set roadmaps and priorities
- Prioritize, delegate and supervise all Engineers’ activities and deliverables
- Provide inputs for strategic technical decisions or solutions
- Ensure documentation are kept up to date in Confluence
- Ensure the Dev team’s activities are tracked in Jira
- Team management responsibilities shall include
- Conducting daily stand-ups, sprint meetings
- Conducting regular one-on-ones with Software Engineers
- Support, unblock, and evaluate Engineers’ performance
- Setting goals and keeping track of Engineer’s performance metrics
- Hire new talent and owning the technical hiring processes
- Coach and develop Engineer’s skills, including perform code reviews
- Guide Engineers with their career progression
- Collaborate closely with upper management and leadership to ensure the wellbeing of the team and the alignment with the company culture and goals

**Qualifications**:
**We think you’ll fit in great with us if you**:

- Min 10 years of experience in the areas of software development and with the telecom industry will be a plus.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD processes, tools and our current tech stack: React.js, React Native, Vue.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, GitLab CI, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
- Experience with Cloud-native software development and microservices architecture
- Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
- Analytical problem-solving skills with an impeccable attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment
- Have experience leading a team.
