Then you are that special someone that we have been looking for to lead our All Day Dining Restaurant, Western Banquet, In-Room Dining, Bars and Speciality Restaurant.
As the Chef de Cuisine, you will have to deliver and maintain the highest food quality as per W Singapore Cove Sentosa standards and procedures. You will also need to ensure that preparation of food is within budget parameters, which will result in a profitable food operation. He / she is required to plan meals, supervise and coordinate the work of chefs, cooks and other kitchen associates. The incumbent should also be familiar with competitive operations with regards to pricing, quality and merchandising.
We are ideally looking for someone
- Professional training in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant supervisory experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Demonstrates leadership capabilities and is able to train subordinates.
- Is a role model in supporting the rest of the Culinary Department
- Well versed in Western Fine Dining Cuisine.
- Able to continuously innovate and create new dishes.
- Able to establish effective standards for all food production and presentation.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent technical culinary skills.
