**Responsibilities**

As a Technology Delivery Lead, your core responsibilities will include:

- **Project Management & Delivery**:

- Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects, leveraging appropriate frameworks and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks.
- Lead and oversee day-to-day delivery operations to ensure high service quality and adherence to budget constraints.
- **Strategic Contribution & Sales Support**:

- Proactively support sales initiatives by developing innovative solutions that demonstrate delivery excellence and meet client needs.
- Drive profitability and long-term success through continuous improvements in service quality and cost efficiency.
- **Leadership & Team Collaboration**:

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within your domain, collaborating and leading teams to achieve high performance and effective decision-making.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, contributing to strategic decisions that influence multiple project areas.
- Provide scalable solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams, ensuring seamless integration and quality.
- **Delivery Excellence & Technical Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate expert proficiency in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM).
- Utilize advanced skills in Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), Service Delivery, Delivery Excellence, and Technology Architecture Implementation to enhance project outcomes.
