Job Description
- Our Client is a leading marine fuel logistics company.

- To stay in Oil Vessel for 2 weeks.

**Responsibilities**:
Stationed on-board Floating Storage Unit (FSU) as Loading Master.
Perform cargo transfer operations according to the cargo transfer plan to ensure operations are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Execute cargo transfer planning efficiently with FSU & Vessel Crew whilst ensuring accuracy of all paperwork.
Manage the loading, transfer and discharge of all cargoes whilst maintaining highest and strictest safety standards by conducting checks in accordance to safety checklists (ensure safe and secure operation for the integrity of the cargo, both quantity and quality).
Manage all interfaces by communicating to all parties involved at every stage of cargo operations between FSU and vessel.
Perform calculations for oil measurement and accounting to ensure no differences between FSU and Vessel.
Conduct cargo inspections and monitoring of vessel operations throughout to ensure that all operations are compliant with the regulatory system and recognised industry codes of practice.
Plan and execute stowage system for each STS operation.
Coordinate and monitor product sampling/testing when required.
Maintain necessary and accurate cargo transfer documentations (including full set of Bill of Lading documents, discharge certificate, time log etc) and report to head office dutifully.

**Requirements**:
3 Years of experience as Loading Master
Willingness to follow Company's shift duties and stay onboard vessel
Excellent communication skills
Meticulous, responsible and good follow through skills
