**What will you be doing?**

**Customer Service**:
Deliver professional service, greet and assist customers. Able to handle customer feedback, answer calls, and provide detailed product knowledge. Constantly update oneself on marketing promotion mechanics to effectively communicate with team and customers.

**Sales Transactions**:
Perform sales, handle payments, and address customer queries. Meet sales targets through strategic selling and follow-up on after-sales service.

**Stock & Visual Merchandising**:
Perform housekeeping, ensure attractive product displays, and help with stock replenishment and visual merchandising as per company guideline.

**Administration**:
Assist in stock documentation, stock handling, and stock-taking (manual and RFID). Support the Store-in-Charge in driving in store promotions, sales and store operations.

**Compliance**:
Adhere to company SOPs and ensure operational standards are met.

**Requirements**:
Passionate about retail, customer service oriented and interest in fine jewellery.
Fresh graduates welcome
Minimum to have a degree in Retail, Hospitality, Business Management, Engineering
