**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Sales Support Executive located in Singapore. The Marketing & Sales Support Executive will be responsible for creating visuals / label artwork, as well as providing all administrative support including preparation of Quotation and Contract etc. to the Sales Team. The Executive will also be handling customer’s account and managing all orders for 100% fulfilment of orders with zero shortfall.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end quality control of incoming raw material, in-process monitoring and final inspection of outgoing products involving organoleptic, physical, chemical and microbiological analysis
- Conducts drinking water quality inspection and test monitoring from water treatment process to bottling process
- Conducts daily hygiene and factory housekeeping inspection including production floor, raw material storage and warehouse facility
- Maintains laboratory inventory, equipment tool calibration and maintenance
- Perform monthly verification of pest control inspection and documentation
- Performs internal factory audits, annual ISO certification, surveillance audits and customer related inspections
- Handles external laboratory testing of source water and product drinking water in compliance to SFA standards
- Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyse problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
- Oversees quality management compliance, customer quality index and quality control operations
- Conducts annual management review on quality system involving quality performance index, plans and improvements
- Liaises with customers for product and raw material quality issue; Handles root cause analysis for every customer complaint in collaboration with cross functional teams with follow-up monitoring and verification on the efficiency of implemented corrective action and preventive action for every customer complaint
- Provide training and support to relevant team on systems, policies, procedures and core processes

**Requirement**:

- Proven work experience as a QC / QA for minimum 3 years
- Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
- Highly motivated, self-driven and able to work in a team
- Meticulous, Independent with good communication skills, interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
- Able to multi-task
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs
- Knowledge & experience of data analysis tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
