Role Overview

Success in this role is dependent on maintaining profitability and enhancing growth through support for the Business Development teams.

As a key member of our Regional A&H portfolio management team, you will provide strategic portfolio management and actuarial support to senior management for all our LOB. You will be responsible for management support related to actuarial and portfolio management through quarterly portfolio reviews and monthly monitoring of actual vs expected.

You will lead and coordinate the annual planning loss peg process for all lines within the consumer lines, including Strategic Plan as well as Rebridge.

**Areas of Responsibility**:
Planning & Rebridge pegs

Ensure that yearly Rebridge/Planning/Strategic Planning peg is appropriately recommended by reflecting future business mix change and latest experience as well as impact of underwriting actions and agreed by the business unit and actuaries.

Quarterly Portfolio Review

Participate in the Consumer lines Reserve Review process performed by actuaries and engage UW team and the business units.

Tracking of loss pegs (Central and MBE) against the Actual and DCBE.

Monthly Actual vs Expected

Work closely with Regional actuarial team in monitoring monthly AvE and attend for early signals

Organize monthly meeting for all stakeholders to communicate the result

Monthly Finance Report

Produce monthly MOR reports (extracted from TM1) split by individual P&L items by countries/reserving lines and ensure loss peg is reconciled with reserve review.

Portfolio Management

Conduct detailed portfolio management segmentation analysis such as Dental portfolios, Loss Ratio analysis for LJA or ad-hoc requests.

**Qualifications**:
**Relevant Experience**:
A&H/IPL Product/Business in actuarial, Insurance knowledge and understanding Chubb

Proven record of ability to work effectively in a highly-matrixed organization across all levels of an organization.

Possess strong influencing and interpersonal skills, honed in a demanding and high performing work environment.

**Technical Knowledge**:
Pricing and underwriting A&H/IPL accounts in a multinational environment

Advanced level of programs and EMBLEM

Actuarial reserving experience

**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree on Actuarial/Stats/Mathematics
