**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- (1) Ensure accurate metering of water supplied to customers:

- Investigate and assess abnormalities in customers’ water consumption to determine root cause
- Advise customers on follow-up action to carry out (if any)
- Prepare and review the necessary documentation related to adjustments or concessions due to faulty meters or leaks.

(2) Ensure effective and efficient metering operations:

- Liaise with external parties (e.g. government agencies, contractor, and members of the public) pertaining to metering operations and customer’s feedback or enquiry
- Liaise with the Board’s billing agent to ensure the provision of services are in accordance with the contract
- Assist in the tracking and updating of work orders

(3) Assist in digitalising existing processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness:

- Participate in development and maintenance of systems to automate metering works
- Generate reports and analyse data from the metering operations and systems (including smart meters)

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in Engineering, such as in Civil, Mechanical or Operations & Systems Management discipline
