**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage a team of technical officers to check and monitor progress of High-Risk earthwork sites
- Ensure Earthwork Contractors follow the Elect / Gas Act and the Letter of Requirements (LRE)
- Coordinate with Principal Agencies, Contractors, Consultants, and internal Sections before commencement of any High-Risk Earthwork in the vicinity of Transmission cables / GTP and MP Gas pipes to safeguard the SP Assets during the project
- Conduct and manage investigations involving Transmission cable and gas pipe infringements to the Gas/ Elect Act and the LRE
- Ensure that the technical officers carry out patrolling of Transmission Cable / Gas pipe routes as well as process NCE site meetings

**What You’ll Need**:

- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / related discipline from recognised university by PEB, Singapore.
- At least 5 years of technical working experience
- Experience in regulatory enforcement, site compliance, safety auditing, or investigative roles
- Ability to interpret and enforce regulatory requirements, ensure contractors adhere to laws, and manage investigations of infringements.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and authorities to work towards Cable/Gas pipe damage prevention
- A team leader who is meticulous, resourceful and with positive working attitude
